The Somerset Salcedo is a 32-storey serviced apartment located in Salcedo Village, Makati. The building has 285 rooms, ranging from studio, studio premier, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3- bedroom suites. The architectural façade utilizes steel to create elegant and unique, yet performative patterns, allowing for passive wind flow in certain portions of the structure. The hotel is designed to provide a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious experience towards the building’s users.
Users are encouraged to wind down at the end of the day at the property's pool area, invigorate their healthy lifestyles in the Somerset’s fully equipped fitness centre, and savour authentic meals and sip cocktails with the skyline view of the city. The building also employs state-of-theart audiovisual systems in its event spaces to cater to the users’ needs whether its socials or meetings
